Lavender Manor’s mission is to provide the highest quality of happy and holistic homelike care. We aim to create a family-like community in our home, while continuing to honor individuality. Kindness, grace, and compassion are the pillars of our work.

Lavender Manor is conveniently located near I-205 and Mill Plain Blvd. We are minutes from PeaceHealth hospital as well as shopping, parks, and great food.

We know that adult care is not just about serving: it’s about having strong connections and healthy relationships. It’s about creating joy. We’ve made a safe environment while offering necessary comprehensive care. We understand that many people have anxiety about a new home, so we created a soothing environment and seamless transitions to make the process as smooth as possible.

Christine Anderson, Owner

Christine Anderson is owner and provider of Lavender Manor Adult Family Home.   Christine has spent her entire life in adult family homes. She grew up watching the Love Boat with residents, sharing meals with residents, and learning valuable life lessons from residents.  After high school Christine went to college and worked as an administrative assistant, but her heart was always back home with the residents in her mother’s home. Christine started working in her mother’s adult family home, eventually taking over management as well. Over the past sixteen years Christine has developed a strong passion for running a successful adult family home.  

 “It is my goal to create a happy and healthy atmosphere within my home. I am passionate about enabling residents to retain as much autonomy as possible, and to make sure every resident feels cared for and valued.”
